Anyone Want to Talk Football?

So I was looking on The Ohio State Football page looking for some articles about OSU football.  Didn't see anything related to OSU football so I thought I would try and get something going.

First off I am writing this post about OSU football for OSU fans to discuss.  Obviously this is a public page and any football fan can post.  Please feel free to add your opinion, but please I am trying to keep this about football. 

If you want to act like a 5-year-old and write irrelivent comments or start childish fights, there are plenty of other posts around where you will fit right in.  If you want to talk about football, like men (ladies you are welcome too), please lets get it on.

Almost that time of the year, already getting excited.  We have plenty of unknowns coming into this season.  Just wandering how you think the year will pan out.  Here are some of my questions.

1.  Will we beat USC.  Fact—they handled us last year.  Can't deny that teams talent year in and year out.  Obviously they have a lot going there but the one thing I notice is their QB play.  Every QB that has played there recently is in the NFL. 

This year they have a new (young QB).  You know Columbus will be crazy for the game this year.  How will the young USC QB and team respond.  Will we win a big game (non-conference) for the first time in a while?

2. TP!  Is he the next great college QB, ie Vince Young, Tim Tebow?  Time will only tell but from what I hear he has a great work ethic and we all know how athletically gifted he is.  I beleive one of the let downs for the Buckeyes in the past few years is QB play.  Hopefullys TP can turn it around, will he?

3.  Out of conference play.  Again this goes back to the USC game but also the bowl game we play this year.  We as Buckeye fans have taken a beating for the last few years.  Yea, we played Texas tuff but we still loss.  I hate to hear peoplke talk about a loss in a positive matter.  Will we get our national rep back this year?

4. O-line/D-line.  Will our O-line/D-line play better this year?  I beleive another problem with our losses in big games recently is our line play.  Yeah our skill position players match up with most top programs in the country, they always get drafted.

Our lines are a different story, not many get drafted and for good reason.  We may have a good D-line this year and we have been pullin some good recruits lately, will they pan out?
