Week 5 of the 2014 NFL regular season is upon us, and football fans are already looking at the latest team-by-team injury reports to determine how their favorite franchise will fare this week.
With top stars like Chicago’s Brandon Marshall, Houston’s Arian Foster and Minnesota’s Teddy Bridgewater all dealing with nagging injuries, fantasy owners and fans of their respective teams will be watching the inactive list like hawks in Week 5.

Brandon Marshall, WR, Chicago Bears
Status: Active
After catching only two passes for 19 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 while dealing with an ankle injury, Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall was questionable for Week 5. He is not listed on the team's official inactive list and should play.

Arian Foster, RB, Houston Texans
Status: Active
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster was listed as day-to-day with a hamstring injury, according to Brian T. Smith of the Houston Chronicle. According to the team’s official inactive list, Foster will play Sunday.
Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Minnesota Vikings
Status: Inactive
Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater performed well in his first career start, but he injured his ankle late in the game and was carted off the field. Minnesota played on Thursday night, and Bridgewater was inactive.
Andre Johnson, WR, Houston Texans
Status: Active
Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson injured his ankle on Sunday, but he returned to the field and finished the game. After returning to practice, Johnson is not on the team's official inactive list and is expected to play.

Vernon Davis, TE, San Francisco 49ers
Status: Inactive
After taking a hit on Sunday, San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis was forced to leave the game early with back spasms. His status for this week was questionable, according to Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com.
Davis is on the inactive list and will not play Sunday.
