Michael Strahan Accepts Invitation to Appear in 'Magic Mike' Sequel

The movie Magic Mike, starring Channing Tatum, was such a big hit that former New York Giants star Michael Strahan wants to be a part of the sequel.

After plenty of joking with Tatum about starring in a sequel, Strahan announced on Live with Kelly and Michael on Monday that he has accepted a role in Magic Mike XXL. 

The 42-year-old had a Hall of Fame career as an NFL defensive end and has done well as a talk-show host. Now, he will be taking on a new challenge.
