Original Text:
San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Anthony Davis has had tough luck with injuries so far in 2014, and that continued in Sunday's Week 4 showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles.
In his season debut, Davis left the game with a knee injury, per Around The NFL:
Davis had missed the first three contests due to a hamstring injury. The 2010 draft's No. 11 overall pick is a key staple in the trenches for San Francisco and someone who's familiar with the smashmouth style that's driven the Niners to so much success in recent years.
According to the team's official depth chart, Jonathan Martin figures to be the next man up. San Francisco will be hoping Davis returns as soon as possible.
