Original Text
Jacksonville Jaguars star receiver Cecil Shorts exited Sunday's Week 4 game against the San Diego Chargers with a hamstring injury.
Hays Carlyon of the Florida Times-Union reported on the matter, alluding to previous problems Shorts has had with that part of his body in particular:
Carlyon provided an update after the game:
The Jags' offense has moved better with rookie quarterback Blake Bortles under center in San Diego, and the team made an effort to surround Bortles with more weapons in the offseason, too.
First-year wideouts Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson should step up to make plays while Shorts is sidelined.
