Everton winger Kevin Mirallas was forced to leave the club's Merseyside derby clash with Liverpool after suffering an apparent hamstring injury.
The club noted the concern just inside the first half-hour:

Mirallas was making a run in the attacking third when he abruptly pulled up. He quickly went down to the ground in what was seemingly some serious pain. It would be a major blow to Everton if he's forced to miss an extended period of time.
