Derek Jeter's Nephew Tips Cap to Honor Uncle's Final Game at Yankee Stadium

Derek Jeter ended his final game at Yankee Stadium with a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning on Thursday night to give his team a 6-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles.

During the contest, Jeter's young nephew tipped his cap to honor his uncle's final home appearance after 20 seasons with the Yankees.
