Manchester United Fans to Fly 'Come Home Ronaldo' Banner at Real Madrid Match

Oh, Manchester United fans—they do really love their banners. They also still really love Cristiano Ronaldo 

The Real Madrid star recently dismissed rumours of a sensational return to Manchester, per Goal.com, where he dazzled in the Premier League from 2003-2009. However, it hasn't stopped supporters from yearning for a return or his name from staying out of the rumour mill, per B/R's Guillem Balague. 

A desperate plea from some United fans will be seen flying above El Madrigal this weekend by some supporters with a few quid (£3,000) to spare when Real Madrid visit Villarreal.

Indeed, "Come Home Ronaldo" will be seen in the sky. 

Per Metro, the founder of the group, Oli Grandidge, will not stop pushing for a Ronaldo return until it happens.

We have active supporters on every continent of the world and we are all united by our love for Cristiano both as a football player and as a person. 

We won't stop until we bring Ronaldo home. 

Members from all over the world have donated their own money and resources to fund a mid-game message, flown by plane, in a bit to demonstrate to Cristiano Ronaldo how much the United faithful still love and support him.

This comes not long after United fans flew "Wrong One—Moyes Out" over Old Trafford, protesting now-former manager David Moyes' reign at the top.
