Manchester City Transfer News and Rumours Tracker: Week of September 22
Talk of January transfers at Manchester City has been quiet, particularly incoming ones. City's squad appears quite settled, and with a UEFA net spend sanction hanging over their heads, room to manoeuvre financially has been restricted.
That's not to say the club won't be working on deals. Director of football Txiki Begiristain and manager Manuel Pellegrini are likely to be in regular contact, and if the right player becomes available at the right price, they will act.
There are also still a few players in the squad likely to head for the exit door.
Check back here for any news and rumours concerning potential deals City could do in the next transfer window.
