Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: Live Score and Analysis for Jaguars
It was another tough loss for the Jacksonville Jaguars (0-3) who lost to the Indianapolis Colts 44-17.
The Colts were led by quarterback Andrew Luck who finished the day 31-of-39, 370 yards and four touchdowns. The Colts totaled 389 yards and averaged 7.1 yards per play. Ahmad Bradshaw was also a key in the victory as he totaled 65 yards on nine carries, as well as, 23 yards on three receptions and a touchdown in the passing game.
The big story for the Jaguars was the official debut of Blake Bortles who started after halftime. Bortles immediately sparked the offense with his laser arm and athleticism. Bortles finished the day 14 of 24, 223 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. It wasn't a perfect debut for Bortles who threw two interceptions, but you have to be excited about the chemistry he's displayed with Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson. Bortles is the future of this team and he's proving that he has the tools to be great.
