Weather: According to AccuWeather.com, the forecast is not great. Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for early evening, but the worst of the weather might just pass by.

Overview

The Cape Cobras got off to a somewhat embarrassing start in their tournament opener on Friday. Playing against the Northern Districts, the Cobras' bowlers took a pasting, conceding 206 runs and taking just five wickets. Rain interrupted and the match had to be settled on the Duckworth-Lewis method, which saw the Cobras lose by 33 runs.

Hobart played on Thursday, and although they also lost their opening match, there were some positive signs for the Australians. Although none of their batsmen passed the 30-run mark, everyone chipped in with some runs at a decent strike-rate. Doug Bollinger and Ben Hilfenhaus contributed with wickets, while Ben Laughlin was the most economical, with figures of 4-0-26-1.

Sunday's match is crunch time for both teams. While it's not quite a "must win" match just yet, the way the tournament is set up means that every win is vital and both sides could do with a boost.

For the Cobras, finding a way to make their bowling unit click will be crucial. While they possess a number of experienced campaigners, they ran into an in-form Kane Williamson and got pasted. It's unlikely that things will end up being quite so bad against Hobart, but their experienced internationals need to contribute much more.

Key players

Cobras

Charl Langeveldt was the Cobras' best bowler against Northern Districts. His figures of 4-0-27-2 were the pick of the bunch. Langeveldt's experience, both up front and at the death, is invaluable for the Cobras and he'll have to lead the attack once more as the Cobras look to salvage something positive from their second match.

Hobart

Aiden Blizzard top-scored for Hobart against Kings XI. Although he managed just 27 runs, there were good signs of intent from the 30-year-old. His aggression will be key for Hobart.
