Jordan Brand to Release Derek Jeter Air Jordan 1s

As Derek Jeter's 20-year career winds down, Jordan Brand is paying the New York Yankees shortstop the ultimate sign of "Re2pect" by designing a couple pairs of shoes in his honor.

You may recall that the Jordan Brand also paid tribute to the Captain with a fantastic commercial earlier this season.

Now, Jordan has created two pairs of sneakers to commemorate his accomplishments. Jordan Brand designed the Air Jordan 1 Retro Jeter and the Jordan Flight Flex Trainer Jeter shoes, with both sneakers set to hit Nike's website on Sept. 20.

Both sets of shoes feature navy blue and pinstripes.
