Spurs Back in for Schneiderlin... Again?
1 of 2
According to Steve Stammers of the Daily Mirror, Spurs are returning once more to bid for Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin.
The powerful France international was one of Spurs' key targets in the summer transfer window. However, the Saints thwarted their efforts to sign him.
Undeterred, Spurs will reportedly return with an improved bid for Schneiderlin in January.
Benjamin Stambouli's signing appeared to end Tottenham's interest in the summer window, but Mauricio Pochettino apparently remains a big fan of the Frenchman.
He has enjoyed a brilliant start to the season at Southampton, scoring three goals in their opening four matches.
Tottenham Join Race for Villa Youngster

According to Jason Burt of The Telegraph, Spurs are one of the clubs interested in signing Aston Villa youngster Jack Grealish.
Grealish has been one of the most discussed young players in England in recent years, and he has broken through to the first team this season.
With only one season left on his contract, the highly rated 19-year-old could make a move to any of England's biggest clubs.
Villa would be loathe to let him go, though. As a local boy, he could be convinced to sign a new deal.
