CJ Spiller, Fred Jackson's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 2
For the second week in a row, C.J. Spiller is making a strong case that he once again is the superior option to teammate Fred Jackson both on the field and for fantasy owners.
Last week, Spiller totaled 64 yards on 18 touches and scored a touchdown, giving him 12.4 fantasy points in standard-scoring leagues. Contrast that to Jackson, who totaled 74 yards on 10 touches.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
On Sunday that trend continued. Spiller finished with 13 touches for 78 yards and added a kick return for a touchdown, while Jackson had 14 touches himself but only turned them into 51 yards. At this point, there's just no doubt that Spiller is the better player.
Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports tweeted what we were all thinking:
The tricky thing for Spiller owners is that Fred Jackson will continue to get touches in this offense and therefore somewhat temper Spiller's value from week to week. There's no doubt that Spiller is at worst an RB2 even with Jackson getting a steady diet of touches, but Spiller would probably be a locked-and-loaded RB1 if he was getting 20 touches per game.
Seeing as the committee approach has been working, however, don't expect the Bills to stray from it. Spiller will remain a high-end RB2 while Jackson is a sketchy RB3 and low-end flex consideration.
