Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 2
The New England Patriots dominated the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, earning a 30-7 victory thanks to a resurgent defense and efficient offense. While Tom Brady wasn't overly active, completing 15 of his 22 passing attempts for 149 yards and a touchdown, both Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski continued to be his primary targets.
Edelman was targeted a team-high seven times, reeling in six catches for 81 yards and a score. His shiftiness and ability to get open appears to have earned him the distinct honor of becoming Brady's go-to guy.
In fact, during the Patriots' scoring drive, the receiver played an enormous role, according to Christopher Price of WEEI.com:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Before the season began, Edelman was viewed as a possible WR3 or flex option by many fantasy owners. If he can keep up this kind of production, he should be viewed more as a high-end WR2.
Gronkowski hauled in just four receptions for 32 yards; however, he was still playing on a limited basis due to his continued recovery from offseason surgery. Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com tweeted the tight end's snap count in the third quarter:
Despite his sporadic playing time, Gronkowski was in no way left out of the team's game plan, earning six targets—good enough for second behind Edelman.
Consider Gonkowski a must-start tight end whenever active going forward.
