Reaching 2-0 would definitely not guarantee the Houston Texans a playoff spot, but with the Jaguars and Colts already having a loss and the Titans trailing in their Week 2 game as of the time this article was published, the Texans could possibly have a lead on the rest of the AFC South going into just Week 3.

No road game in the NFL is a lock, but the Texans have a great chance to reach 2-0 with a favorable matchup against the Oakland Raiders.
