Le'Veon Bell, LeGarrette Blount Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 2
Points are rarely plentiful when the Pittsburgh Steelers face the Baltimore Ravens. In Thursday night's latest installment of the AFC North rivalry, running backs Le'Veon Bell and LaGarrette Blount both received a light workload with Pittsburgh trailing throughout the evening's 26-6 loss.
Bell ran for 59 yards on just 11 carries while adding five receptions and 48 yards. A week after pounding in a short touchdown against the Cleveland Browns, Blount compiled a measly eight yards on the ground.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Nothing has changed on either front here. Bell didn't deliver a dominant fantasy outing, but he generated 107 total yards against last year's 12th-best defense. As noted by Footballguys' Sigmund Bloom, Bell's ability to churn out a useful effort without getting many carries makes him a true fantasy talent.
Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh praised Bell before the game to ESPN.com's Scott Brown.
"Gosh he's just such a hard guy to tackle and you sure appreciate the way they spread out the field and drop him the ball in there on those runs and even screens and use that big offensive line. I thought really highly of him in the draft. He looks stronger but lighter and quicker (this season) and looks really good.
"
Bleacher Report's Ian Kenyon is also impressed with the sophomore's rapid progress.
Afforded more carries last weekend, Bell turned 21 attempts into 109 rushing yards and a touchdown in Pittsburgh's victory over Cleveland. He remains a premier fantasy back going forward. Even with a difficult matchup with the Carolina Panthers looming, he deserves a spot in every Week 3 starting lineup.

As for Blount, he'll at best steal a touchdown from Bell, but gambling on a end-zone visit from a back with 14 rushing yards through two games is a foolish decision. Don't bother with him in standard leagues.
