Everybody loves a scoring goalkeeper, but sadly it wasn't to be in Ukraine's Euro 2016 qualifier with Slovakia on Monday evening.

Ukraine were 1-0 down in the 93rd minute when shot-stopper Andriy Pyatov came up to try to help with a last-gasp corner attempt.

Pyatov answered Ukrainian prayers by bundling the ball in the net for a crucial equaliser, sending the Olympic Stadium in Kiev into rapture.

However, the referee disallowed the goal due to Pyatov's (fairly weak) foul on his opposite number Matus Kozacik.

Pyatov should probably know better than to foul a goalkeeper, so it was Slovakia who emerged 1-0 winners.
