The Georgia Bulldogs football team continued their recruiting tear over the past month and a half on Tuesday morning, securing a commitment from defensive end Dexter Morant.

Morant became the 11th player to commit to head coach Mark Richt for the 2010 recruiting class since June 1, 2009.

Ranked as a four star propsect at defensive end by the Rivals recruiting service, Morant is now the third defensive end taken by the Bulldogs in their 2010 recruiting class. He is also listed as the 16th best defensive end during the 2010 recruiting cycle.

At 6'7, 249 lbs, Morant has the frame to grow into an absolutely dominant defensive end in the Southeastern Conference. He is an athletic speed rusher who gets off the edge quickly and wreaks havoc with his massive wingspan.
