Former NFL QB Jeff Garcia Selling California Home for $7.8 Million

Kyle NewportAug 20, 2014

Former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia is looking to sell his Rancho Santa Fe, California, mansion for a cool $7.75 million.

The 44-year-old played for seven teams—most notably the San Francisco 49ers—during his career. He is now the Montreal Alouettes' quarterbacks coach.

According to the Los Angeles Times' Neal J. Leitereg, Garcia and his wife, former Playmate of the Year Carmella DeCesare, bought the house back in 2009 for $6.565 million. It was a steep price back then, but now, he is looking to make some money off the house.

The California mansion—built in 1987—includes six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a library and a wine cellar, among other things. That doesn't even include the guest house that has a bedroom and a kitchen.

Of course, no professional athlete's house would be complete without some fun amenities. The house also has an elevator, a gym, a steam shower and a wet bar.

Rounding out the luxurious pad is a home theater.

If the interior of the house sounds good, wait until you see what's on the outside.

All of this can be yours for $7.75 million.
