Luis Suarez Trains with Barcelona for 1st Time: Pictures Emerge from Session

Luis Suarez has finally begun his career at Barcelona after his £75 million summer switch from Liverpool, participating in training for the first time on Friday.

He was cleared to do so after the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled on his ban for biting. While FIFA's ban from playing in official matches was upheld, the sanctions were relaxed so that he could take part in training.

That meant a first session with the likes of Neymar, Lionel Messi and Co. at the Sports Centre FC Barcelona Joan Gamper in San Joan Despi.

Suarez is only able to make his full debut for his club once his ban expires on October 25.

That is likely to be a mouth-watering Clasico encounter against Real Madrid, who have strengthened their team this summer with the acquisitions of James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos.
