THE NEXT GENERATION AT TRAFFORD.... by Memz

The 2008/09 season was a great season for manchester united securing 3 championships, a season to be proud of,  if you are a united fan. while united held on to the epl and almost held on to the champions league, if it was'nt for the great barcelona. united could not hold on to two key figures CR7 and Tevez. Two very important players at united, match winners to sum it all up. CR7 will be missed forever at united, and by the epl. his blisterring pace, great skill, vision, drama queen on the pitch, and last but not least his great scoring ability.

what does the 2009/10 season have in store for united. well, with the loss of two great players Sir Ferguson has brought in three average players. owen, valencia, and obertan. why, owen?  he was on a free transfer, small salary package, injury prone, lost form.... i could on. the advantage of bringing owen to united is Rooney.owen will partner rooney better than any other player up-front and if united can bring owen back to full fitness and with owen knowing very well that if he performs he gets paid well, gets a chance in the world cup 2010 S.A he will improve or even try too. he has the potential to be the best in the league again, everybody knows that. he has just been injured alot and lacks the confidence. well, ferguson is the master of changing that and we will leave that job to fergie himself. owen will score more than ten goals this season and will be vital to uniteds sucess. wellcome back M.Owen.

now we move on to valencia and obertan. valencia has great ball skill, pace and vision. he is of course a just above average player when he left Wigan but at united you have great players and with a player who performed well with average players he will be great at united and provide alot of goals for berba, rooney, and owen. furthermore, he has the potential to score more than ten in the season. welcome Valencia. obertan, unheard of by many united fans and french fans but fergie is a master. they tracked him over the years, they saw the potential but why not buy him then, why now. there could be a hidden agenda here, and united fans are failing to see it. blanc and fergie are good friends, right, they tracked him over the years as they knew CR7 would depart oneday. the reason why blanc sent him on loan was to get him below the radar of other clubs and to bring his market price right down. this deal for obertan was done along time ago it was just a matter of signing him up, now they have and they will nurture him this season by giving him a few starts in the epl and ecl. no one knows this guy and what he is truely capable of, he will rattle defences and be a great star for the future. he is CR7 replacement for the future, thats for sure. watch the space for GO7.

lastly there are players i need to mention Anderson, Nani, Fletcher, Macheda, Rafael and fabio. wow, what great youth. these guys are going to impress the world next season especially Anderson who i believe will be Uniteds biggest star yet. he has shown glimpses of what he can do, remember last season towards the end fergie played him up- front well thats exactly were this guy plays and he will shine like no other and guess what, fergie knows it. who told you united in trouble, not a chance. we are champions. people think we cannot survive without two players, wow, than people do not know about soccer. it takes 11 players to play a game of soccer and do not forget the subs. ronaldo is at the top because of the players he played with and because they helped him become the best. goodluck ronaldo we will always love you but we will not miss you. goals will come and come in numbers, from: anderson, rooney, berbatov, nani, owen, macheda, welbeck, fletcher, and valencia. people cannot imagine seeing anybody else score at united beside ronaldo, that is why they are blinded with the talent that we have in our squad. if you are a man utd fan you will see the depth that we have and the talent that we possess.

Manchester united will retain the EPL again, and win the FA CUP. as for the Champions league give united need two seasons and we will be back. glory glory man utd.
