"Rampage" Jackson Shameless In Interview
I'm not a huge follower of MMA or any fighting organizations (I'm not opposed to them, either), but when I found this, I had to share it.
When being interviewed by a female reporter, Heather Nichols, Jackson took it one step too far.
Nichols was almost through asking her questions, and then made a joke about making a romantic comedy with Jackson.
It was a bad joke, indeed, but this still shouldn't have happened.
My question is, why did no one step up and tell this guy he was being a jackass?
Probably because they knew they'd get their a** beat, but still.
She was clearly not having it, and with Jackson's huge smile toward the camera after the interview was over, he clearly was.
To me, this is one of the most shameless and disgusting acts I've seen, and there's nothing funny about this type of treatment toward women—especially female reporters.
The worst part? This isn't the first time.
He also assaulted (in some regard) an asian reporter, here.
I won't be the idiotic man who attempts to stop this sick man from degrading women, but someone ought to. Brock Lesnar, perhaps?
The fact is, Nichols' body language and non-verbals spoke volumes, even if her professinalism wouldn't allow her to speak up.
But her putting up with it for the sake of her job doesn't make it right or okay. Not in the least.
