Watt Active for Jaguars Clash
Sunday, Oct. 18
Drew Dougherty of Texans TV announced Watt is available for Sunday's clash.
Watt's Presence Key for Texans
Few defensive players are capable of having a bigger impact on a game than Watt. In his four NFL seasons, Watt has earned Defensive Player of the Year honors twice.
Few players pose a greater challenge to opposing offensive linemen on a play-to-play basis than Watt. He can storm the quarterback, has brilliant timing when going up to swat a pass and is a force against the run. He doesn't take plays off and is the type of player who eats, breathes and sleeps football. In other words, he's every coach's dream.
At 1-4, the Texans are facing an uphill climb. With Jadeveon Clowney already out with an injury, the team will be grateful to have Watt in their lineup against a beatable Jaguars squad.
