"Wade,Kobe,Lebron" Who Are The NBA's Top 10?

NBA InsiderJul 8, 2009

Well another year another great NBA season, we had players improve:Carmelo Anthony and some that didn't:Allen Iverson but that's alright i didn't like how Iverson fit with Detroit since the beginning. Anyway here's my top 10 NBA players right now!

#10:Chris Bosh

Yes I know the Raptors had a disappointing season but this guy did everything he could and remember what he did with Team USA. The O'neal/Bosh experiment didn't work too smoothly but he put up 20 plus and 10 boards. He just needs the right team like any superstar!

#9:Deron Williams!

Deron Williams is a top 2 point guard in my eyes. He's clutch, obviously a great passer and this season he really surprised me when I saw how great a leader he is.Chris Paul is still a notch in front of him but the 2 will only get better.

#8:Paul Peirce

Paul Peirce really doesn't put up the biggest numbers. He doesn't have amazing highlights but he gets the job done. In the 4th quarter he puts the team on his back. Ray Allen usually delivers the final blow but between the 6th minute and the finale minute its the truth all the way!

#7:Dirk Nowitzki

I believe this MVP is underrated big time. He averaged 26.8 ppg and 10.10 rpg in the Playoffs and led the Mavericks to the second round in the west with a mediocre supporting cast;Jason Terry being the most consistent after Dirk!

#6:Carmelo Anthony

Carmelo had one of the best if not the best season of his career and he did it without avg 25 plus points like hes been doing the last couple of seasons. I think he could be anywhere from 6 to 4 on this list since hes really stepped up his Defense and leadership this season.

#5: Chris Paul

Chris Paul, so young so talented. This guy is the best point guard in the NBA and he's only 24. He averages 22.8 ppg and 11 apg also for his size is a pretty good rebounder averaging 5.5 a game and every one knows hes a thief at 2.8 steals a game. My point is Chris fills up the stat sheet but you still have to win and that's the only reason he's not #4.

#4: Dwight Howard

You have to give Dwight a lot of respect. This guy took down the Celtics and the King in the same season! Yea he lost in the finals but he went up against the Lakers and at 23 and a inexperienced team he should be happy he made it that far. Chris Paul would have been #4 before the playoffs but Dwight played like Superman.

#3:Lebron James

I know a lot of you weren't expecting James to fall to #3 but the truth is you could come up with an argument for James, Wade, and Kobe. The 3 of them could be in any order. What can i say about James, he's unstoppable, a great defender and im sure you guys no the rest! BUT! He still needs a ring!

#2:Kobe Bryant

Yea that's right kobe's my #2. Black mamba led his team to a championship, he is a lock down defender and a true winner. Kobe is in the last days of his prime but still has about 3 or 4 years where he's great.

#1:DWYANE WADE

Dwyane Wade is the best player in the world. Like I said 1,2,3 could be mixed up in any way but I think DWADE is number 1. I'm tired of all the biased media talk and Kobe vs James hype.Switch Wade and Kobe's teams and you would have the same championship outcome and Wade would have the MVP because he came in 3rd in votes with 43 wins in the season and no supporting cast! 6'4 and had over 100 blocks more the James,Kobe and a lot of centers.

Then on offence 30 ppg,7.5apg he is a beast on both ends of the court not to mention he already has a ring! If Wade could get another Star on the Heat and some role players it wont be long before he's racking up a couple more championships!
