Runs

Colby Rasmus, OF, St. Louis Cardinals

Colby has been on a tear. Last week he scored nine Runs while hitting .500 (11-for-22) with four HRs and six RBI. On the year he’s hitting .288 with 41 Runs, 11 HRs, and 34 RBI. He’s owned in 39 percent of Yahoo!, 7.3 percent of ESPN, and 48 percent of CBS leagues.

Martin Prado, 1B/2B/3B, Atlanta Braves

Prado has been great lately.  Last week he scored eight Runs while hitting .400 (12-for-30) with two RBI. On the year he’s hitting .317 with 15 RBI, four HRs, and 24 Runs. He’s owned in 36 percent of Yahoo!, 6.3 percent of ESPN, and 30 percent of CBS leagues.

Garrett Jones, 1B/OF, Pittsburgh Pirates

Jones has played well since getting called up. He has scored six Runs while hitting .296 (8-for-27) with two Runs, three HRs, and two SBs.  He’s owned in three percent of Yahoo!, 0.2 percent of ESPN, and three percent of CBS leagues.

Franklin Gutierrez, OF, Seattle Mariners

Gutierrez continues to sizzle at the plate. Last week he scored six Runs while hitting .481 (13-for-27) with two HRs and four RBI. On the year he’s hitting .295 with 39 Runs, nine HRs, 32 RBI, and five SBs. He’s owned in 20 percent of Yahoo!, 8.5 percent of ESPN, and 27 percent of CBS leagues.

Skip Schumaker, 2B/OF, St. Louis Cardinals

Schumaker had another solid week. He scored six Runs while hitting .360 (9-for-25) with an RBI. On the year he’s hitting .298 with 48 Runs, three HRs, and 22 RBI. He’s owned in 37 percent of Yahoo!, 13.1 percent of ESPN, and 40 percent of CBS leagues.

 
Gerardo Parra, OF, Arizona Diamondbacks

Parra had a great week at the plate, scoring six Runs while hitting .423 (11-for-26) with three RBI and two SBs. On the year he’s hitting .280 with 25 Runs, three HRs, and 27 RBI. He’s owned in six percent of Yahoo!, one percent of ESPN, and 10 percent of CBS leagues.

Hideki Matsui, OF, New York Yankees

Matsui had a productive week for the Yankees. He had 11 RBI while hitting .500 (9-for-18) with three Runs and three HRs. On the year he’s hitting .268 with 39 RBI, 13 HRs, and 26 Runs. He’s owned in 46 percent of Yahoo!, 59.9 percent of ESPN, and 60 percent of CBS leagues.

Placido Polanco, 2B, Detroit Tigers

Placido continued to surge. Last week he had seven RBI while hitting .292 (7-for-24) with four Runs and a HR. On the year he’s hitting .262 with 40 RBI, six HRs, and 35 Runs. He’s owned in 35 percent of Yahoo!, 74.6 percent of ESPN, and 64 percent of CBS leagues.

Geoff Blum, 2B/3B, Houston Astros

Blum has produced in limited play. Last week he had seven RBI while hitting .333 (6-for-18) with two Runs and a HR. On the year he’s hitting .267 with 26 RBI, two HRs, and 16 Runs. He’s owned in one percent of Yahoo!, 0.6 percent of ESPN, and two percent of CBS leagues.

Mike Cameron, OF, Milwaukee Brewers

Cameron has finally gotten hot. Last week he had six RBIs while hitting .350 (9-for-20) with three Runs and two HRs. On the year he’s hitting .248 with 39 RBI, 14 HRs, and 37 Runs. He’s owned in 52 percent of Yahoo!, 89.1 percent of ESPN, and 65 percent of CBS leagues.

Marcus Thames, OF, Detroit Tigers

Thames has also been productive in limited play. Last week he had six RBI while hitting .263 with three HRs and four Runs. On the year he’s hitting .257 with 18 RBI, eight HRs, and 16 Runs. He’s owned in nine percent of Yahoo!, 2.2 percent of ESPN, and 14 percent of CBS leagues.

Jack Wilson, SS, Pittsburgh Pirates

Wilson drove in runs despite struggling at the plate. Last week he had six RBI while hitting .167 (4-for-24) with a Run and a HR. On the year he’s hitting .275 with 31 RBI, four HRs, and 25 Runs. He’s owned in five percent of Yahoo!, 2.3 percent of ESPN, and eight percent of CBS leagues.

Everth Cabrera, SS, San Diego Padres

Cabrera made yesterday’s SB list as well. Last week he had six RBI while hitting .269 (7-for-26) with five Runs and three SBs. On the year he’s hitting .293 with 10 RBI, 16 Runs, and six SBs. He’s owned in seven percent of Yahoo!, one percent of ESPN, and 16 percent of CBS leagues.

Greg Dobbs, 3B/OF, Philadelphia Phillies

Greg Dobbs has been a force for the Phillies since Raul Ibanez went down. Last week he had six RBI while hitting .391 (9-for-23) with two Runs and a HR. On the year he’s hitting .272 with 15 RBI, five HRs, and 12 Runs. He’s owned in one percent of Yahoo!, 0.6 percent of ESPN, and one percent of CBS leagues.
