Richard Sherman Hopes to Play Michael Crabtree Every Year and 'Choke Him Out'

Michael Crabtree responds with a statement to ESPN (via ProFootballTalk.com):

“I don’t get into talking about these guys. I concentrate on football. It’s my life. I don’t have too much to prove when it comes to talking on TV. I’m a baller.”

Time heals many wounds, but it doesn't sound as though Richard Sherman and Michael Crabtree are going to patch things up anytime soon.

During an epic rant after the 2014 NFC Championship Game, the Seattle Seahawks cornerback let the world know he had beef with the San Francisco 49ers receiver.

That was the night Sherman became a household name. Now that he has a Super Bowl ring, he still isn't backing down from the feud.

Sherman makes an appearance on the Discovery Channel's American Muscle on Wednesday night. During the show, some of the guys ask Sherman about Crabtree in order to delve into the hostility between the two NFL stars.

Mission accomplished.

Sherman didn't hold back when talking about Crabtree:

Here's what Sherman said:

"

It’s much more of just I don’t like the dude. You know what I’m saying. And I think he’s sorry. So it’s really what it comes down to.

It was a solid game, and I knew he was going to be a little punk and walk off. He wasn't going to come shake hands after the game, so I was like "alright, I'll get you right before it. Good game." ...

... We had a little [beef] outside. Me and him had a little outside, a little something. I'm [gonn]a ruin that boy. 

It’s just about him, it’s just about Crabtree.

It’s not going to be something that goes away. I hope to play him every year for the rest of my career and choke him out. There’s not much else I can say about the subject. Nobody will understand it but him and me. That’s all that needs to understand.

"

If you couldn't figure it out before this, Sherman made it very clear he doesn't like Crabtree.

The Seahawks and the 49ers will meet twice in a three-week span in the 2014 regular season. The two teams will play in San Francisco on Thanksgiving and then again in Seattle on Dec. 14.

After what happened in the 2014 NFC Championship Game, expect both games to be packed with heated emotions.
