Russia and Korea Republic fought out a 1-1 draw in Group H, as the last two sides to take to the field in the 2014 FIFA World Cup got off to an unbeaten start.

A goalless and forgettable first-half was a million miles away from the second 45 minutes, with two goalkeeping errors leading to a pair of strikes within minutes of each other.

Igor Akinfeev spilled an easy shot from Lee Keun-Ho into the net, before Jung Sung-Ryon couldn't hold an effort at the other end and Aleksandr Kerzhakov snaffled up the rebound.
