What athletes put into their bodies can make a big difference in how they perform.
BuzzFeed released a video of what athletes from various sports eat before they compete. Of course, a number of them chose healthy options, including LeBron James, who feasts on chicken, veggies and rice.
Other athletes, however, chose more eccentric culinary options. Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher would indulge in two cookies before playing, while Olympic gold medalist sprinter Usain Bolt would eat 20 Chicken McNuggets.
