Is This Johnny Manziel Chugging Champagne on an Inflatable Swan Raft?

Just two weeks ago, we saw Johnny Manziel hanging out with Rob Gronkowski in Las Vegas for Memorial Day. Now, a photo has emerged of what appears to be Johnny Football enjoying his off-time once again.

While the photo isn't completely clear, it looks an awful lot like him, and Manziel lounging on an inflatable swan while drinking champagne at an X Games party in Austin absolutely sounds like something we wouldn't put past him.

Someone on Twitter tied Manziel to the event and another showed him wearing the same outfit.
