ECW Epics Match One: Tommy Dreamer vs. Kane vs. Sabu vs. Abyss vs. Raven - 5 Way Monsters Ball Match
 
The announcer introduces the competitors, one at a time. Kane comes out first with his signature pyrotechnics on stage. The others all come out one at a time with weapons in hand. Dreamer has two kendo sticks, Abyss has a small black bag, Raven has a metal chain wrapped around his upper body, and Sabu has a steel chair wrapped in barbed wire.
 
Everyone is now in the ring and the ref signals for the bell.
 
Immediately after the bell rings, Sabu turns to Raven and hurls his barbed wire wrapped chair into Raven’s face. Raven is totally caught by off guard by the attack and it takes him a few seconds to register what’s just happened. In that time, Sabu charges at Raven but Raven recovers and connects with a drop toe hold on Sabu, which sends him into the middle turnbuckle.
 
Meanwhile, Kane is slowly advancing on Abyss. As soon as Kane gets close enough, Abyss swings his small black bag at Kane, and Kane reels backwards with blood running down his face. Kane looks at the bag in shock as Abyss empties it on the canvas, revealing a pile of broken glass.
 
Kane’s rage is visibly building and he runs full speed at Abyss. Kane raises an arm as he gets to Abyss, trying to hit a clothesline. Abyss counters and hits a huge Black Hole Slam on Kane ON TOP OF THE BROKEN GLASS!!!
 
Crowd:
E-C-W! E-C-W!

Dreamer is outside the ring doing some “redecorating”. He looks under the ring and pulls out a few empty garbage bins. He goes back under and out comes... a barbed wire table! Abyss jumps to the outside of the ring and helps Dreamer set up the table.
 
Tazz:
It looks like the tag team partners from last week’s 2-on-3 match are working together tonight. I wonder how the other superstars are gonna react to that?
 
Back in the ring, Raven is on the mat and grabs a shard of glass. He slashes at Sabu, and Sabu’s cheek starts gushing blood. Sabu responds by repeatedly stomping on Raven, and then connects with a springboard moonsault off the middle ring rope.
 
Kane rises to his feet in the ring and he has blood pouring down his back from several very deep cuts that still have glass protruding from them. Kane walks over to Sabu and wraps his fingers around Sabu’s throat. He picks up Sabu and chokeslams him onto the pile of broken glass.
 
Crowd:
Holy Shit! Holy Shit! Holy Shit!
 
Raven rolls under the bottom rope to the outside and stands behind Deamer. He uncurls the metal chain from around his torso and wraps it around Dreamer’s neck. Dreamer is clutching at his throat, gasping for air. Raven climbs back into the ring while still holding the chain. He feeds the chain in between the top and middle rope and falls onto his back while using his feet to push against the middle rope.
 
Dreamer is being lifted in the air by the chain around his neck. He’s going purple in the face and losing strength. Dreamer eventually fades into unconsciousness and hangs there lifeless.
 
Sabu climbs to the top turnbuckle with his barbed wire steel chair in hand, and lands an Arabian Facebuster with the chair under his thigh, on the exposed Raven. Raven automatically lets go of the chain and puts his hands up to his face. He’s been busted open by the chair, and he has blood covering his face.

Abyss walks over to check on Dreamer, who’s still trying to catch his breath on the floor. He see’s Abyss coming towards him and raises a hand, asking to be helped to his feet. Abyss picks up Dreamer and rams the back of Dreamer’s head into the steel ring post! Dreamer’s been busted open.
 
Striker:
I guess that’s the end of the alliance between Dreamer and Abyss!
 
In the ring Sabu is getting to his feet. He picks up a discarded steel chair and slams it across Kane’s skull as he’s getting to his feet. Kane drops straight to the canvas. Sabu sets up the chair in the middle of the ring. Abyss is next to the barbed wire table as Sabu runs at the chair, jumps onto the top rope, and grabs Abyss in a DDT on his way down, sending them both crashing through the table.
 
There’s a hushed silence that breaks over the crowd.
 
There’s no movement from anyone, in or outside the ring. After a little while Dreamer gets to his feet with some help from the ring apron. He wills himself into the ring, where he’s met by a bloody and battered Raven. The two alternate blows before Dreamer picks up Raven onto his shoulders and hits a Dreamer Driver on top of the broken glass. He goes for the pin. 1... 2... 3!
 
Winner: Tommy Dreamer
 
Tazz:
What an absolute massacre we have here in the ring! Somebody, please get out here to help these guys. They need medical attention!

ECW Epics Segment #1:
 
Christian is shown talking to Tomko in a hallway backstage.
 
Christian:
People have been criticizing me for not being a hardcore ECW champion like I’m expected to be. Well I’m gonna show the world tonight what hardcore really is!
 
Rhyno walks down the hall and sees Christian.
 
Rhyno:
Hey, Christian! Long time, no see. How you been?
 
Christian:
I’ve been doing well. As you can see I’m the ECW champion now.
 
Rhyno:
Congratulations! Nothing compares to the good ol’ days though, huh? Man, we were great together!
 
Christian:
Yeah, we were. I’ve got a match to prepare for, but I’ll see you around OK?
 
Christian and Tomko walk off together.

Smackdown Xplosion Match #1: Team 3D vs. The Hardyz- Smackdown Tag Team Championship:

Both teams shake hands before the match, and then walk to their respective corners.

Matt Hardy and Brother Ray start the match with a few light punches, then a lock-up turned into a headlock by Matt Hardy. He applies the hold, then uses a headlock takedown to wear down Ray. Ray's shoulders touch the ground..1..kick-out. Another pin attempt..1..2..kick-out.

Matt slams Ray's head onto the mat, and then walks over to his corner, tagging his brother in. Jeff starts on the offensive, hitting Devon off the apron with a running forearm smash, then leg-dropping Ray. Jeff Hardy lifts Brother Ray to his feet and sends him flying at the ropes. Ray bounces back, only to meet Hardy's arm in a neckbreaker takedown.

The younger Hardy of the Hardy duo goes for the pin, but Bubba manages to kick out after a 2 1/2 count. Frustration takes its toll, as Hardy wants to wrap this up. He exits the ring to the apron, shows the guns to a HUGE pop, and climbs the turnbuckle. Outside, Devon has gotten to his feet. He realizes what has happened and jumps to the apron, pushing Jeff off the turnbuckle. The Extreme Enigma tumbles in a somersault onto the hard canvas.

Matt Hardy, on the apron, calls the referee over to complain about Devon's interference. Team 3D sees this, so Devon jumps from the apron and searches the nearby area. He finds, tucked under the ring, a wooden table. He slides it into the ring and enters as well. Ray sets up the table, while Devon grabs Hardy and lifts him into a full nelson slam to wear him down.

Devon then lifts Jeff back up, lets go of the full nelson, spins him around, and executes a flapjack onto the breakaway table. While Jeff is in mid-air, Ray grabs his head into a cutter (RKO) to complete the Dudley Death Drop. A mixed reaction is elicted from the crowd. Devon makes his way back to Team 3D's corner and yells at the referee to count Ray's pin. 1...2...no! Jeff kicks out.

Matt leaps into the ring in a rage of fury, stomping on Ray; Devon tackles Matt, and both illegal men trade blows. The referee tries to break up the fight, but he cannot. Devon sends Matt at the ropes, but Matt takes back the advantage, sending Devon over the ropes with a flying crossbody.

Chants of "Hardy!" are heard across the arena as Jeff tries to get up. Ray regains stability quickly and taunts to the crowd, garnering heat.

After about two minutes, Jeff stands up, and the crowd goes wild. But their mood changes as Ray lifts him up for a spinebuster, getting the three-count and the win.

Mike Tenay: Your winners...and still WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champions...Team 3D!

Joey Styles: This means that on the next edition of Smackdown Xplosion, Matt and Jeff Hardy will join us as color commentators.

Don West: I knew after that Death Drop, it was lights out for the Hardy Boyz.

Joey Styles: Coming up next, we have a Triple Threat match for the United States Championship. Bobby Lashleytakes on Raw executive Jeff Jarrett and Nigel McGuiness.

Jeremy Borash: Hello, I'm Jeremy Borash, and my guest is none other than the Genetic Freak, Scott Steiner.

Borash: Scott, why did you cost Edge a win over Kurt Angle, our TNA World Champion?

Scott Steiner: Listen, Jeremy, I don't listen to nobody, and when I came to Smackdown, Edge 'hought he could boss me 'round. Kurt Angle also called me up to offer a postion in the Mafia, so I said sure, but I had to take out that Canadian scumbag.

Borash: Well now you've made Angle's chances even slimmer; because of your interference, The Rock is now added to the main event.

Steiner: Like I said, I don't listen to nobody, and I don't care about nobody. Got that, Borash?

(Steiner walks away; camera cuts to ring)

ECW Epics Match Two: Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne vs. THE Tag Team (Kendrick and London) for the Intercontinental Championship
 
Just as the match is about to start ECW Epics General Manger Paul Heyman and his Assistant Tiffany walk out onto the stage.
 
Heyman:
Before you guys have your match, my assistant Tiffany here has had a great idea. Why don’t you tell them Tiff?
 
Tiffany:
Your match is now going to be contested under tornado tag team rules. All of you will be in the ring at the same time!
 
The crowd cheers after the announcement and Kendrick and London exchange nervous glances.
 
The referee signals for the bell and the match starts.
 
Kendrick runs straight at Mysterio, and London zeros in on Bourne. The four trade punches back and forth. Kendrick has Mysterio against the ropes and throws him over the top rope. Mysterio grabs hold of Kendrick’s arm and they both go tumbling to the floor.

Bourne has London in a corner. Bourne backs up and runs at London, but gets struck in the mouth from one of London’s boots. Bourne staggers backwards as London jumps up and sits on the top turnbuckle. Bourne quickly hits him with a hurricanrana before London can do anything. 
 
Kendrick has Mysterio in a head lock outside the ring. Kendrick looks around and has his sights on the ring post. He runs at the ring post, runs up it, and hits sliced bread on Mysterio! The referee starts a ten count.
 
Kendrick rolls back into the ring and he and London start double teaming Bourne. They hit a double suplex followed by twin elbow drops. Kendrick picks up Bourne in a sitting position on his shoulders. London climbs to the top turnbuckle and hits a diving crossbody pin on Bourne from on top of Kendrick’s shoulders. 1... 2. Kick out by Bourne.
 
The referee is up to 6 in his ten count on Mysterio. Mysteriostruggles to his feet and is about to climb the ring apron when Kendrick flies at him and connects with a suicide dive through the ropes which breaks the ref’s ten count.
 
London climbs back to the top turnbuckle and points at Bourne, who’s still on the mat. London goes for a 450 splash, but Bourne was playing possum and he raises his knees to his chest. London lands very awkwardly, stomach first, and rolls off Bourne grabbing at his ribs.
 
Bourne hits a standing moonsault on London and goes for the pin. 1... 2... Count is interrupted by Kendrick when he stomps on Bourne’s back after sliding in from outside the ring.
 
Kendrick walks over to the ring rope and waits for Bourne to get up. Just as Bourne gets to his feet, Kendrick jumps off the middle rope and executes a springboard tornado DDT. Kendrick goes for the pin. 1... 2... Interference by Mysterio who climbs into the ring at the last second.
 
Kendrick gets up and runs at Mysterio in anger. Mysterio hits a drop toe hold on him, onto the middle rope. The crowd cheers because they know what’s coming. When Mysterio runs the ropes he gets clotheslined out of nowhere from London. Mysterio instantly jumps back to his feet and connects with a headscissors takedown on London. London lands on the middle rope right next to Kendrick as Mysterio runs the ropes and hits a huge double 619!

London clutches at his face as he rolls out of the ring. Kendrick staggers on his feet after the attack. Mysterio jumps off the top rope and hits Kendrick with a West Coast Pop and the pin. Just as the referee’s hand comes down for the third time, London lunges at Mysterio and connects... after the three count.

ECW Epics Segment #2:
 
Mick Foley is backstage in his locker room with Terry Funk.
 
Foley has his back turned to Funk as they’re talking.
 
Funk:
So what’s it gonna be? Is my friend Mick Foley be out there tonight, or will it be that maniac Cactus Jack?
 
Foley turns around to be face to face with Funk.
 
Foley:
Mrs. Foley’s baby boy is here to win the ECW championship!

Smackdown Xplosion: Rob Van Dam vs. Shelton Benjamin- Legends Championship:

A giant chant of "RVD" is heard across the arena.

The bell rings and both men fly at each other with lefts and rights. Rob gets the upper hand with a tackle and beats down on Shelton, much to the pleasure of the crowd, who immediately start cheering. Van Dam tries for a quick pin, but Benjamin kicks out after a two-count.

Rob Van Dam walks over to the turnbuckle, jumps up to the ropes and waits for Benjamin to get up. Once Shelton is up on his two feet, RVD flies at him with a kick, but his foot is caught by the Gold Standard, who back-flips him. Suprisingly, Rob lands on his feet, but is hit with a clothesline from Benjamin, sending him flying in the air. He lands on his feet once more, but a forearm smash from Shelton knocks him down.

Benjamin taunts to the crowd, who start to boo. To silence them, he runs and drops a knee onto RVD's back, but that riles the fans up even more, and they chant "Shelton SUCKS!" "Shelton SUCKS!" "Shelton SUCKS!". Benjamin gets even more enraged and stomps on RVD. The more damage done, the more heat the Gold Standard gets.

Benjamin runs towards the ropes, bounces back, and hits a cartwheel-elbow smash combo. He tries for a pin..1..2...no! RVD kicks out, and the fans crave more. Benjamin goes crazy and starts kicking RVD. The chants and boos get even louder. Benjamin applies a headlock, so the crowd chants "RVD!" to encourage Rob to break the hold.

Benjamin applies more pressure, to the extent that RVD is out cold. To verify, the ref raises Van Dam's hand..1...2...Rob's hand starts shaking and he breaks the headlock by smashing Benjamin in the stomach with an elbow. He runs to the opposing ropes, bounces back, and executes a spinning wheel kick. He kips back up, and taunts to the crowd with the thumbs.

Van Dam climbs to the turnbuckle, taunts to the crowd oncemore with the thumbs, and flies at Benjamin with a Frog splash. He executes it perfectly and goes for a pin...1..2..no! Benjamin braely kicks out. Rob doesn't seem to care, as the crowd wants another Frog splash. Once again, he climbs to the top rope and tries to execute the splash again, but Shelton Benjamin kips up and hits Paydirt (knee facebuster). The Gold Standard goes for the pin.

Winner and Legends Champion: Shelton Benjamin.

Shelton celebrates as RVD looks disappointed.

(Camera goes to the back)

The Rock is getting ready for his match when he is ambushed by Kevin Nash, Charlie Haas, and Scott Steiner. They attack him with steel chairs and a sledgehammer, injuring both his legs. To finish the attack, Haas punts Rock in the head, smashing him into the wooden bench. The camera fades out for about a minute.

We see Edge sitting on a chair when Scott Steiner approaches him.

Edge: What the hell do you want?

Scott: I'm gonna teach 'ou the hard not to mess with me!

Scott delivers a big boot to Edge's face, and then Kevin Nash/Charlie Haas continue the ambush. Steiner hoists Edge up and throwd him against the wall. Kurt Angle approaches the trio.

Kurt Angle: Good job, boys *laughs diabolically*

The Match Starts with Triple H Taking HBK Shawn Michaels down and hitting him 7 Times.Triple H Hits a Running High Knee sending Shawn Michaels Down, Triple H Goes to the Top Rope and Hits a Clothesline.Triple H Grabs onto the second rope and kips up to mock Shawn Michaels. Triple H Goes to the Outside and grabs a Steel Chair but out of nowhere Shawn Michaels goes for a Crossbody over the top rope but Triple H Dodges It.

Triple H Goes to hit Shawn Michaels with the Steel Chair but Stone Cold Steve Austin stops him and takes the Steel Chair, Triple H Come into the Ring and Argues with Stone Cold Steve Austin.Shawn Michaels comes back into the Ring and Sets up for Sweet Chin Music on Triple H But he Moves and Shawn Michaels Hits the Steel Chair which hits Stone Cold Steve Austin sending him down.Shawn Michaels Grabs the Chair and hits Triple H Over the Head.

Shawn Michaels Hits a German Suplex and grabs a Table from the Outside and Sets it up inside the Ring.Shawn Michaels hits Sweet Chin Music but Triple H Stays up, Shawn Michaels hits it again but Triple H Still Stays up. Shawn Michaels hits Sweet chin Music and Finally Triple H Falls onto the Table, Shawn Michaels Buts his Head in to the Chair and Climbs to the Top rope.Shawn Michaels goes for a Elbow Drop but Triple H Moves causing HBK Shawn Michaels to go though the Table.

Triple H Goes to the Corner and starts to tune up the Band, Shawn Michaels Style.b Bump Bump Bump Bump! Joey Styles: This match certainly suprised us all, with backstabs and ambushes. Here is an update from medical personnel on Edge and The Rock

Medic: Edge has minor injuries to his ribs, but it will slow him down for a few days. The Rock, however is injured in both legs and will not compete tonight. There is no knowing when he will return.

ECW Epics Match Three: Christian vs. Mick Foley - Sacramento Street Fight for ECW Championship
 
Christian’s waiting in the ring as Foley comes out with a barbed wire baseball bat in hand, and Funk by his side.
 
The bell rings and Foley immediately lashes out with the bat. Christian ducks under it and counters by lifting Foley onto his shoulders and connecting with a gutbuster. Christian follows up with diving headbutt from the top, but Foley moves out of the way and places the bat where his head was. Christian is unable to stop himself and lands on top of the bat, which draws out blood.
 
Foley runs the ropes and hits an elbow drop on Christian. Foley then walks over to Funk and tells him to get a chair. Funk gets a chair and hands it to Foley. Foley gets the chair and raises it above his head to swing at Christian. Christian strikes Foley in the stomach and Foley drops the chair.
 
Christian whips Foley into the corner and hits a high dropkick to Foley’s face. Foley collapses onto the ground, leaning against the bottom turnbuckle. Christian picks up the discarded baseball bat and hits Foley in the head with the end of it. Foley’s head whiplashes backwards from the impact.
 
Christian places the barbed wire baseball bat between Foley’s legs and walks to the opposite corner. He runs up and connects with a dropkick to the bat, which sends the barbed wire into Foley’s groin! Foley suddenly comes to life with wide eyes and screaming in pain.
 
Foley gets up and whips Christian into the ring ropes. Christian catches on the rope, so Foley runs at him, sending them both over the top and to the floor below. Christian is up first and hits a low blow on Foley. He then walks over to the ECW announcer’s table and rips the cover off.

Christian rams Foley’s head into the exposed announce table over and over. Foley is out on his feet as Christian rolls him on top of the table. Christian stands on the table and helps Foley to his feet. Christian locks in the Killswitch! They go crashing through the table!
 
Crowd:
E-C-W! E-C-W!
 
Christian is the first to move on the floor. He gets to his feet and shakes his head to clear his vision. He looks at the unconscious Foley and hurries to drag him towards the ring. He picks Foley up and manages to push him under the bottom rope. Christian scampers into the ring and drags Foley to the middle.
 
Christian goes for the cover. 1... 2... No!! Late kick out by Foley on pure instinct!
 
Christian is in complete disbelief that Foley actually kicked out. Christian starts stomping on Foley to keep him on the mat, but Foley still gets to his feet and mounts a comeback. Foley hits lefts and right, elbows and uppercuts. The crowd is now getting behind Foley.
 
Foley kicks Christian in the gut, and Christian doubles over from the blow. Foley puts him in a reverse headlock and hits a double arm DDT on top of the steel chair! Foley goes for the pin. 1... 2... 3!!!

Terry Funk climbs into the ring and raises Foley’s hand in celebration. The fans are going crazy for Foley!
 
Christian is still on the mat. He drags himself to the corner and props himself against the turnbuckles. He looks at Foley in disgust. Foley turns around and sees Christian staring at him. He walks over to the corner and helps Christian to his feet.

Foley puts a hand out for Christian to shake. Christian motions to shake his hand and then grabs him by the wrists and hits a Killswitch! Funk looks on in surprise as Christian grabs the belt and slams it into Funk’s head, sending him to the floor outside. Christian throws the belt and Foley’s limp body as he walks up the ramp and leaves the arena.

Joey Styles: Holy ****! Did Christian do what I just thought he did?!

Don West: He just ambushed two ECW legends. In my book, that is a no-no!

Joey Styles: We need medics! This is getting out of control!

(Camera fades out)

(Angle tussles with the bell keeper for the ring bell)

Kurt Angle enters the ring with the ring bell, the bell hammer, and a microphone. He rings the bell three times.
