Using the suggestion that Manchester City forgot your birthday, as Yaya Toure's agent appears to have done, is a pretty flimsy excuse to want to leave a football club, and Twitter has been having great fun at the Ivory Coast midfielder's expense. 

Toure himself has been quiet on the social-media site in the last few days—but talk of him has been loud. And #ReasonsYayaWantsToLeaveCity has taken a life of its own as people mock the feeble reason behind reports he wants out of the club.
