Joe Hart - The England goalkeeper was a virtual spectator as the Hammers failed to muster a shot on target

Pablo Zabaleta - As always quick on the overlap and willing to put crosses in.

Vincent Kompany - The Belgian scored a close range second goal to start the title party.

Martin Demichelis - Saw yellow for a foul on Stewart Downing but handled Andy Carroll comfortably.

Aleksandar Kolarov - Will dine out on his nutmeg on Downing.

David Silva - Hit the crossbar and was at the heart of much of City’s best work.

Yaya Toure - Great contest with Mohamed Diame and an assist for the opening goal.

Javi Garcia - Effective foil for the more dynamic Toure in front of the back four.

Samir Nasri - Broke the deadlock with his low shot into the bottom corner.

Sergio Aguero - Astonishing close range miss from the Argentine who didn’t look 100 per cent.

Edin Dzeko - A couple of wayward shots but some neat touches before his second half withdrawal.
