New York Mets starting pitcher Bartolo Colon has been playing in the MLB since 1997, but since he's spent almost his entire career in the American League, he hasn't exactly done a lot of hitting.

Now in the National League, Colon has to brandish a bat every time he makes a start, and the results haven't been pretty so far. During Saturday night's game against the Atlanta Braves, Colon had such an ugly swing that his own helmet came off:

Though Colon pitched well (7.0 IP, 3 ER, 6 SO), it's clear he needs to work on that hack.
