Seabrook has reportedly been suspended for three games for his hit on Backes, according to Renaud Lavoie.

During the third period on Saturday, Chicago's Brent Seabrook destroyed David Backes with this brutal shot near the wall. The hit sent Backes to the locker room and Seabrook to the penalty box.

Shortly after, the Blues scored with just 6.4 seconds remaining to force overtime. St. Louis would go on to win the game in overtime, 4-3, to take a 2-0 series lead over the defending champs.
