WWE's Newest Themed Pay Per View
Imagine tuning into a WWE pay per view and the first match on the card is a Hell In A Cell match. Then you continue watching and the main event is also a Hell in a Cell match.
Well it looks like that's what WWE is planning to do in the near future.
A while back WWE sent out surveys to people on their mailing list, asking them what they'd like the name of a new submission themed pay-per-view to be. The people answered with the majority of them saying they like the name "WWE Breaking Point" the best.
Just a few months later, the pay-per-view Unforgiven gets officially renamed WWE Breaking Point.
Now WWE has sent out yet another survey, but this time asking about a Hell In A Cell themed show. The possible names are:
WWE Hell In A Cell
WWE No Escape
WWE Lock Up
WWE Rage In A Cage
I personally think that "WWE Rage In A Cage" has a nice ring to it, but the more pressing question that I'd like to ask you, the reader, is:
"Should WWE have a Hell In A Cell themed PPV?"
Will having multiple Hell In A Cell matches in one night hurt the prestige of the match?
Take a look at No Way Out. It seems like now it has two Elimination Chambers every year it's lost that special something that made it feel like a huge deal. It used to be so rare that when an Elimination Chamber was announced we felt privileged to watch it. Now each year we just expect it.
The possibilities are almost endless for matches that could take place in the Cell. Triple H or Undertaker would almost certainly have to feature in the match but let's face it, they aren't going to be around forever.
Edge, Batista, Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho have all had experience in Hell In A Cell matches, so why not let them carry the match into the future?
Whatever happens, please WWE don't put John Cena and Big Show in a Hell In A Cell together!
