Cowboy's Taking the Risk: a possible chance of Confusion

With the recent trade from the Tennessee Titans, the Dallas Cowboys received a fourth round draft pick which the team might end up getting back if Pacman Jones cannot play this season. Orlando Scandrick from Boise State was taken with that pick.

The Cowboys also drafted another defensive back during the draft: Mike Jenkins from South Florida. He shows potential, but his interception numbers are not all that great. Hopefully, however, he can do something for the Cowboys.

I still cannot believe that the Cowboys traded Anthony Fasano to the Miami Dolphins.

He did not do much since Jason Witten recieved most of the catches for tight end.  Jason is no young pup anymore, and picking up another TE was a great idea, but was it worth the draft?  Were there not plenty of available free agent TE's to choose from?

What is with the Cowboys and the last name of Jones?

They lost Julius Jones to Seattle due to free agency, so they pick up Felix Jones during the draft. 

It would be even better if they give Felix the number 21 to really confuse some people. I do admit Julius was not living up to the hype he was given, and I think Felix will be a great match up with Marion Barber.

Felix is a fast player, while Barber is more of a tough power back. 

The other choice at running back I am not too sure about. Picking Tashard Choice from Georgia Tech just wasn't the right choice. I believe they should have picked a wide receiver. I would have preferred someone like Paul Hubbard or Armen Shields, who were still available at this point in the draft.

But we will see what these rookies bring to the table.
