Has WWE HOFer Jerry Brisco Suffered A Stroke?

Rajah.com has posted the following news story:

There is a report going around that WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Briscoe suffered a stroke this week. PWTorch.com claims that report is inaccurate and Briscoe will undergo a routine medical procedure today to correct a blockage in one of his arteries

Then posted on 24wrestling.com:

"The Cauliflower Alley Club posted the following on their website:

"CAC has received word that Jerry Brisco has had a stroke. While specific details aren’t available at this time, we have been told that he is expected to make a full recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jerry and the entire Brisco family at this time. "

Brisco, who has been with WWE since he and brother Jack sold their stock in Georgia Championship Wrestling to Vince McMahon in the mid-1980s, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in Orlando over Wrestlemania XXIV weekend.

We'd like to wish the Brisco family the best during this trying time"

So based on two different sites we are getting two completely different stories.

No confirmation from WWE has been made just yet.

For those too young to remember Jerry Brisco as an actual wrestler in WWWF and WWF Brisco is best remembered in recent years as one of Vince McMahon's sidekicks/ "Yes Men" along with Pat Patterson during the Attitude Era. Brisco 's comical catchphrase of "Yes Mr. McMahon" said with his deep southern accent made many laugh as he and Patterson would basically do and say yes to any of McMahon's request.

Also should be noted Jerry and his brother Jack have been immortalized into plastic as they are both the newest addtions into the Jakk's Classic action figure line due out this month.

If this news is true all the best goes out to Jerry Brisco. and hoping he has a full recovery.
