Peyton Siva Wears Kentucky Wildcats Gear After Losing Bet with Josh Harrellson

Jake SilverMar 31, 2014

There's a lot of success when it comes to the two powerhouse college basketball teams from Kentucky, and that means there's a lot of school pride to go with it.

Peyton Siva, former Louisville Cardinals guard and current member of the Detroit Pistons, won a national championship in 2013. His Pistons teammate, center Josh Harrellson, played for the Kentucky Wildcats from 2008-2011. Though he wasn't there when Anthony Davis and Co. won their 2012 title, he naturally carries a lot of pride with him anyway.

As you can see, a bet was placed on this year's NCAA tournament:

"

Yea I lost a bet. Gotta man up.. Always throwing my L's up . 😔😁 RT @ElleRaiser: Lol say it isn't so @PeypeySiva3 pic.twitter.com/v2SFdNtC5L

It's unclear what exactly the bet was. Perhaps it was which team would make the Final Four (which Kentucky clinched on Sunday, March 30) or simply whether or not the Wildcats would lose in the Elite Eight to Michigan. What we do know is that the loser had to wear the other team's gear and that Peyton Siva paid up. He made sure to throw up a Louisville "L," though. Hard to blame him.
