2015 5-Star linebacker Justin Hilliard is one of the top prospects in the nation. The 6'2", 230-pound athlete is being courted by some of the most prestigious programs in the country and is yet to make a decision on where he will be playing his college football.

Bleacher Report caught up with Hilliard and discussed the Oklahoma Sooners and what the program means to the star linebacker.
