Kentucky's road to the Elite Eight got a little rockier, as Wildcats big man Willie Cauley-Stein appeared to have hurt his ankle against the Louisville Cardinals on Friday night.

Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix reported that Cauley-Stein might have heard something pop, which could indicate an Achilles injury:
