Arian Foster Takes Shot at NCAA with Tweet About March Madness

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster no longer has to follow the NCAA's rules, so he's not afraid to take some shots at it.

Last year, he called the NCAA "big bullies" while confessing that he committed violations as a member of the Tennessee Volunteers. It doesn't look like his feelings have changed much in the past few months.

When asked who would win the 2014 NCAA tournament, Foster came up with an answer that would win any bracket pool:

The man speaks the truth.
