The Seattle Seahawks' Richard Sherman made his case to be called the best cornerback in the NFL as he helped his team win Super Bowl XLVIII. However, some people still think it's a topic worth debating.
When asked about the top cornerbacks in the NFL, most people would mention Sherman and Darrelle Revis. As ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Wednesday, Revis just agreed to a one-year, $12 million deal with the New England Patriots.
Running back LeGarrette Blount put up good numbers with the Patriots last season, so it would have been easy for him to argue for Revis to be called the best corner in the game. However, the free agent decided to go another route by making a bold statement about former teammate Aqib Talib:
