When Will Alabama Fans Stop Whining?
I hate to generalize but I in this case I guess I am just going to doing something I hate.
I have seen the fans around the country and have been subjected to more yay-hoos than I can count but I have never seen nor heard anything like the delusional Alabama fans.
While I now it's nowhere near Halloween but someone tell that to the good people of Tuscaloosa because they have a bunch of their football team's supporters dressed like hypocrites and idiots again this year.
I got into with the Bama fans at Bleacher Report last year and they can comment all they want in the troll-like manner they carry themselves around this place, but it's gotten way out of hand.
Don't get me wrong, there are some great and knowledgeable football people that associate themselves with the University of Alabama. Rolltidebama is one of the better writers here and probably the most objective Bama supporter I have come across in sometime.
But there are others, and I won't mention their names because we know they are going to cry like babies, who have spent this entire off-season doing nothing but trashing every other SEC team and have spent a ridiculous amount of time talking about Lane Kiffin.
You see, these cowards are great at talking about other people's teams but last year when I even mentioned how starting Alabama linebacker Jimmy Johns was arrested for selling drugs to federal agents, you would have thought I had told them the war was really over or something.
While they personally insulted me (and I expect I'll get it again), let's look at the source. I am sure my first comment here I am going to have to go and count how many people with "Alabama" in their profile wrote a Lane Kiffin article, because it's plain silly.
I was told by them to leave their team alone. I was even laughably told by one of the them to issue an apology to the Alabama fans, too funny.
So maybe it's time for Alabama fans to practice what they preach and maybe start policing their own. I'm sure they can find out how to go about it pretty easily as textbooks are pretty easy to come by at the University of Alabama.
