The WWE Network debuted with the WWE NXT Arrival at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla. Although technical issues with the stream dull the shine from the network's premiere, it was largely a successful and entertaining night for the WWE.

The names for the event are far from household, but that is the point. NXT is the WWE's minor league system. High-profile wrestlers like Cesaro, Big E and all three members of The Shield came up through NXT.

NXT offers fans an opportunity to glimpse the future of the WWE, and so does the debut of the WWE Network.

The network can be found on WWE's website. There is an initial free trial, but a subscription will be required.

WWE legend John Cena was excited for all of this:

It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that the event got off to an exciting start. Cageside Seats helped explain:

In fact, Twitter was full of people gushing about the quality of this match. WWE star Goldust was one of many to heap praise on the match:

SmackTalks didn't feel the praise should be limited to the wrestlers, either:

The excitement kept on flowing, as wrestlers were eager to prove they're ready for the big time. The Ascension certainly made an impact with fans in the NXT Tag Team Championship.

In an entertaining back-and-forth match with Too Cool, The Ascension finished it off by hitting a Fall of Man for the win.

The Wrestling Mania tweeted out this triumphant picture of the menacing duo:

Right after that excitement, it was the Divas' turn, as Paige defended her NXT title against Emma.

The two put on yet another entertaining bout.

After Emma kicked out of the Paige Turner, Paige got her in a Scorpion Crosslock for the submission win. Ringside News tweeted the result:

Her win left many voicing support of Paige's promotion to the main roster, which, as The Wrestling Mania pointed out, became a theme of the night:

The night certainly was not without issues. The next match was Xavier Woods vs. Tyler Breeze. Many fans were not able to watch, as there was trouble with the WWE Network's feed. WrestleZone.com shared:

Although this is the last thing the WWE wanted to have happen, technical issues during a debut are not shocking.

The feed appeared to have come back online for some fans in time for the evening's final contest: a ladder match for the NXT title between Adrian Neville and Bo Dallas.

The two put on a back-and-forth match that helped WWE end the night on a positive note after the technical issues.

Neville was victorious, and the Brit is getting a lot of love and attention for the win.

The Wrestling Mania had this to say about his victory:

The New Age Insiders spoke of Neville's promising future:

The troubles with the feed certainly marred this night for the WWE, but the company has to be thrilled with the quality wrestling on the night, and the fans' reception to it.
