If Arsenal Beat Bayern Munich, Fans on Twitter Make Some Crazy, NSFW Promises

Mark PattersonFeb 19, 2014

Arsenal go into their Champions League tie against Bayern Munich tonight as underdogs against the side who knocked them out last season.

The Germans, who won the treble a year ago, appear to have gone from strength to strength under new manager Pep Guardiola.

Time for some crazy promises from fans on Twitter if the Gunners win? You bet.

Let's start at the lower end of the promise scale and work our way up:

"

That being said, if Arsenal beat Bayern tomorrow I'll shave my head.

— Norman Ramirez (@NormanRmrz) February 18, 2014"

Shave your head? That could be worse.

"

Alright if Arsenal beat Bayern Munich I will full kit wanker it on Thursday

— Aidan Wright (@aidanwright_) February 19, 2014"

Wear the full Arsenal kit around everywhere for a day? Might be embarrassing at work, but other than that...

"

If Arsenal beat Bayern tomorrow by 2 more goals, i will give $100 to each recognized Arsenal supporter on my timeline.

— John Blaze (@DJMightyMike) February 18, 2014"

Now we're talking.

That's the sort of thing that could get a whole bunch of retweets very quickly if Guardiola's side fall behind early.

It's still nothing on this, though:

"

@IIIBreadIII I will cut off my balls if Arsenal beat Bayern Munich tomorrow

— Tayyib (@tayyib_chaos) February 18, 2014"

Or is it?

We'll leave it up to you to decide whether losing your money or a particularly sensitive body part is worse.

Of course, if Arsenal do win, we'll return to see what happened next to these promise-makers.
