Brazilian Bobsled Team Somehow Avoids Serious Injuries After Scary Crash

Brazilian bobsledders Fabiana Santos and Sally Mayara da Silva were involved in a scary crash during a run on Sunday, but luckily neither athlete was seriously injured.

Bobsleds go at high speeds, so turns can occasionally be tough to handle. When things go wrong, it can be tough to watch.

A report from The Associated Press indicates that neither member of the Brazilian bobsled team was seriously injured. However, the sled did indeed get damaged.

The team recorded a time of 1:03.23, which was slowed down due to the fact that it spent about the final 20 seconds flipped over.
