Welcome to the inaugural #Football podcast. Yes, we're using a hashtag in the title. If nothing else, it should make it easily searchable when you put the title and "podcast" into whatever you are searching, be it Google, iTunes or whatever.

Your hosts for this endeavor will by myself and Mr. Matt Miller, better known around these parts as The Template.

Why a podcast? Why now? Frankly, because we are sick of being asked by people on Twitter when we we're going to do one. We've decided we are going to give those people what they want to prove that no one wants to listen to yet another podcast. We'll probably throw a few of these out there, no one will listen, and we'll be on our way.

If, by some miracle, people do choose to listen, what can they expect? Well, lots of NFL football talk. I can't really put it any plainer than that. We may veer off here and there on occasion, but for the most part, this podcast won't have celebrity guests (mostly because we don't know any celebrities), won't be about our kids (though I can't promise they won't get a mention here and there) and won't be about our political views.

What it will be about is #Football.

Here's our first installment.
