Dallas Cowboys Can't Win with Media
It seems in this day and age of media, the Cowboys are damned if they do and damned if they don't. You hear reporters and other media types begging the Cowboys to make certain moves.
Then when those moves do transpire, at times Dallas is criticized for making them anyway. It has come to the point where I just shake my head and laugh on most occasions.
The WR situation over the past two years might reflect this better than any other position. I remember the post-draft comments from the 2008 draft were that the Cowboys had a good draft but, they couldn't believe Dallas didn't draft a WR.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Then Jerry trades for Roy Williams in the middle of the season, and most of what I hear is that this doesn't make sense because the Cowboys don't need one.
"Um, what?" Or how about all the out cry from the media on getting rid of TO. It definitely took some time for Jerry to make up his mind on it but, in the end he decided to part ways with his volatile star WR.
Now I frequently hear how this might not have been a smart decision and that the Cowboys offense is just going to suffer without him. Occasionally I want to just scream, "make up your mind already and stick to it!"
I am well aware the Cowboys are a very high profile professional sports team that will draw plenty of commentary and I do not have a problem with that happening. However, can't the media just try to have an informed opinion on them and then stick to it.
Then if you change your mind just go ahead and admit you were wrong. This flip flopping and talking out both sides of your mouth is just getting to be ridiculous. That is not to much to ask for, is it?
