Under Armour All-American Game Rosters 2014: Complete Breakdown of Each Team
Judging by last Saturday's game of the millennium between Auburn and Alabama, or this weekend's tantalizing slate of conference championship games, college football is in a very good place right now.
While that can certainly change in an instant, the future of the sport looks just as promising.
Fans will get a glimpse of that future on Jan. 2 when the best high school prospects on the planet are showcased against each other in the Under Armour All-American Game.
If you want a preview of superstars that will be dominating Saturdays in a few years—and in many cases, less than that—then missing this game isn't advised.

Players to Watch
Leonard Fournette, RB, Undecided
The No. 1 prospect in the nation according to 247Sports' composite rankings and pretty much every other list you'll see, Leonard Fournette is still undecided. However, the New Orleans product, who will announce his decision at the game, is expected by most to stay home and go to LSU, although SEC rival Alabama is also certainly in the mix.
Whichever program he eventually picks will have reason to rejoice.
Although he doesn't possess quite as much raw upside as some other No. 1 prospects from past years, Fournette's blend of power, speed and size has him already looking like a legitimate college running back.
He is the complete package, and it will be a joy to watch him play against the best competition.
Jabrill Peppers, Athlete, Michigan
247Sports currently lists the 5-star Peppers as an athlete, and considering his size (6'1", 205 pounds), speed and explosive athleticism, the Wolverines could potentially use him as a running back, returner or anywhere in the secondary.
Of course, if his quest to be better than former Michigan great Charles Woodson is any indication, he's ready to play corner:
That's not exactly surprising when you sprinkle in his ball skills and instincts to his already fantastic athleticism, and assuming he lines up at corner in January, it will be extremely fun to see him match up against Speedy Noil and Travis Rudolph.
Speedy Noil, WR, Undecided
Appropriately named, Speedy Noil is one of the most exciting players in the nation.
Not only does he have breakaway speed, but he also has the versatility to hurt defenses out of the backfield, out of the slot or in the return game a la Percy Harvin, Tavon Austin, or De'Anthony Thomas.
Still deciding between LSU and Texas A&M, Noil is someone with big-play ability who is capable of putting on a show. If he lines up against Peppers, watch out for fireworks.
Top-20 Matchup to Watch
Cameron Robinson vs. Da'Shawn Hand
This matchup not only features the respective No. 3 and No. 4 prospects, according to 247Sports' composite rankings, but it also pits the best offensive lineman (Robinson) against the best defensive end (Hand).
Futher adding to the intrigue, it's a preview of future Alabama practices, as both are committed to Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.
There are a slew of skill-position matchups to keep your eye on (Noil vs. Peppers, Fournette vs Raekwon McMillan), but it will be extremely compelling to see these future teammates battling it out in the trenches.
